olucapriAt Heal and Feed Life Care Foundation, we believe that agriculture is more than just planting seeds — it’s about planting hope, nurturing communities, and creating sustainable futures. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our biggest agricultural empowerment project yet: the Farm & Flourish Fellowship 2025.
This unique program will give 20 passionate individuals the chance to turn their farming dreams into reality. And here’s the best part — it’s completely free.
Why We’re Doing This
In Nigeria, agriculture holds the key to food security, job creation, and poverty reduction. Yet, many aspiring farmers lack the resources, training, and access to land needed to get started.
The Farm & Flourish Fellowship was created to change that — by providing land, knowledge, mentorship, and market access to those ready to take the leap into farming.
The Seeds of Success Masterclass
The journey begins with a one-day intensive training — the Seeds of Success Masterclass — happening on:
📅 Date: Saturday, 6th September 2025
📍 Venue: Heal and Feed Life Care Foundation Office, Ibadan
During the masterclass, fellows will learn:
- Ethical & Sustainable Farming Practices
- The Difference Between GMO, Organic, and Hybrid Seeds
- Understanding Planting Seasons & Rain Patterns
- The Business of Farming – from planting to profit
- How to Work with Experienced Mentors for Growth
What Fellows Will Receive
Every selected fellow will:
✅ Get 2 plots of farmland for one year
✅ Receive one-on-one mentorship from agricultural experts
✅ Join a supportive farming network
✅ Learn how to build a profitable farming business

Shortlisting & Interviews: 26th – 29th August 2025
Final Selection: 30th August 2025
📌 Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Passionate about farming and sustainability
- Committed to attending the masterclass in Ibadan
- Ready to actively use the farmland for agricultural purposes
