About the Fellowship

The Farm & Flourish Fellowship is a groundbreaking agricultural empowerment program by Heal and Feed Life Care Foundation, designed to equip aspiring farmers with the tools, land, and skills they need to thrive.

Each year, we select 20 passionate individuals and give them:

  • 2 plots of farmland for 1 year
  • One-on-one mentorship with agricultural experts
  • A comprehensive, one-day masterclass to prepare them for success

Our mission is simple: to turn passion into profit, and ideas into impact.

The Seeds of Success Masterclass

The journey begins with our one-day intensive training — the Seeds of Success Masterclass — where fellows will gain knowledge in:

  • Ethical and Sustainable Farming Practices
  • Understanding GMO, Organic, and Hybrid Seeds
  • Mastering Planting Seasons & Rain Patterns
  • The Business of Farming – from planting to profit
  • Access to Experienced Mentors

Program Benefits
