Heal and Feed Life Care Foundation (HFLF)
Introduction
The Heal and Feed Life Care Foundation (HFLF) Fellowship Program offers selected individuals an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our mission of humanitarian development, social justice, and community empowerment. Fellows are expected to collaborate on initiatives, conduct relevant research, develop strategic projects, and advocate for causes aligned with our work.
1. Eligibility
- Applicants must demonstrate a proven commitment to social impact, humanitarian work, or development projects.
- Professionals, researchers, scholars, or experienced advocates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must submit a formal proposal outlining their intended fellowship activities.
2. Duration
- Fellowships are offered for a period of 6 to 12 months, renewable based on performance and mutual agreement.
3. Responsibilities
- Conduct research, design projects, or implement programs that align with HFLF’s goals.
- Submit regular updates and a final report at the end of the fellowship.
- Represent HFLF ethically and professionally in any external engagements.
4. Benefits to Fellows
- Official Fellowship Certificate upon completion.
- Access to the Foundation’s networks, branding, platforms, and advisory resources.
- Possible support letters for grants or academic purposes.
5. Code of Conduct
Fellows are required to:
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, respect, and professionalism.
- Avoid any conflict of interest or misrepresentation.
- Use HFLF’s name and resources only for approved activities.
6. Termination
HFLF reserves the right to terminate any fellowship in cases of:
- Ethical misconduct
- Non-performance
- Misuse of affiliation or reputation
7. Financial Contributions
Fellowship affiliation may require a one-time administrative contribution to support the NGO’s overhead and mentorship structure. All payments are non-refundable and must be made upon acceptance.
8. Disclaimer
Acceptance into the fellowship does not constitute employment or long-term obligation. HFLF does not guarantee funding for fellow-led projects unless explicitly agreed.
