Girls Got Goals (Triple G) Project
– Empowering the Next Generation of Women
– Recovering and Preventing Stolen Future
The Girls Got Goals (Triple G) Project is a flagship initiative of the Heal and Feed Life Care Foundation, dedicated to empowering young girls and women by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to build a strong foundation for their future. It’s more than a mentorship program—it’s a movement to protect, prepare, and propel girls toward purpose-filled lives.
This project is structured to address multiple dimensions of a girl’s development including mentorship, career guidance, life-after-school preparation, personal hygiene, health awareness, education support, and the prevention of teen pregnancy and early marriage.
Why Triple G?
Young girls and women often face societal, cultural, and economic barriers that limit their ability to dream, grow, or thrive. Triple G exists to bridge these gaps—to transform vulnerability into victory by offering structured programs that foster self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and independence. We help participants transition from uncertainty to stability, and from survival to significance.

This project is not just about guiding girls toward their goals—it’s about ensuring they have the tools, support system, and confidence to achieve them, while advocating for their rights, health, dignity, and well-being.
